- A copy of a recent utility bill that you choose to send us. A utility bill may contain your name, service address, utility account number, and electricity usage and billing details.
- Any other information you choose to include when you contact us.
You don’t have to give us this information, but we need it to check whether DemandWise is a fit for your home and to follow up with you.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics tools on this site.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Read your bill and rate plan and assess whether DemandWise can save you money on your home.
- Respond to your inquiry and contact you about your home’s fit, by phone, text, or in writing using the contact details you give us.
- Provide, schedule, and install the product and related services if you decide to move forward.
- Help you explore financing for your purchase, if you choose to pursue it (see Section 3).
